The Ethicas Integrity Audit exists to help us remember.

II. The 5 Dimensions of Integrity
Each dimension holds two lenses:
- Humanitas — the soul’s question: what does care feel like here?
- Ethicas — the system’s question: how does care function here?

These are not questions to be answered once.
They are patterns to be revisited —
whenever motion begins to slow.

Begin with stories — from users, workers, communities.
